At Murphy Motivation we recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.  

I am looking for committed, dedicated clients who are ready to give their best and push towards their goals.  We are tough trainers and with 19 years’ experience in the industry I’m not your typical personal trainer, I will push you to your limits and beyond and we guarantee our commitment, alongside your own, which will deliver your results … fast. 

One to one training

You will benefit from our dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a relationship on the same level with your personal trainer which in our opinion is a key component to working well together. With this in mind it allows you to focus on one thing and that’s your results.  All programmes are specifically tailored for you and also taking into account your current fitness level, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition.

You will receive a Free consultation which takes 30 mins to sit down and focus on getting you off on the right foot.  

This includes:

·      Initial full body analysis

·      Continuous monthly analysis on all packages purchased

Training sessions

Sessions are bespoke and include Strength & Conditioning, Zuu & Ankorr training (Zuu Affiliate), Trx suspension, mobility, bootcamp, cardiovascular exercise and sports specific performance. 

You can choose to purchase a variety of sessions, packages or pay monthly (no membership fee) and, while we recommend you commit to at least two sessions a week, we’re realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

Ankorr is the worlds first “Animate Load Harness”. It’s unique design allows the “anchor points” to move through 180 degrees of sagittal planes & 360 degrees of transverse planes. This means you can move forward under load, spin 180 degrees through their sagittal planes then move in reverse while staying under constant load.  In doing so, Ankorr pioneers what we refer to as “Fluid Resistance”. This is where we can simulate “game specific situations” for athletes.
